why does price of medicine increase rapidly?

In the context of increasing price, people have to work harder and harder to earn enough money to support their life. Every thing is increased highly such as food, renting room, transportation, especially medicine. Thus, medicine, which is very necessary and important to our life, costs very expensive these days. Its expensive causes people worry a lot. What is the reason for increasing price of medicine?
The biggest reason is the increasing price of foreign currency. You may wonder that why I have said that. Because nearly 90 percent of raw materials, which are used to produce medicine, was imported by many Europe countries. While the price of foreign currency is higher and higher day by day; the maker must pay more money to buy raw materials, so the costs of medicine we use is higher than ever. Moreover, the value of Vietnamese’s money is being lost rapidly while the value of foreign currency is being got higher. It means that people must pay more money having medicine for their health. So the solution for this problem is to control the value between Vietnamese money and foreign currency in a reasonable way; it depends on our government’s policies.
The next reason is “the heart” of doctor and medicine seller is not good. First, when a doctor wrote out a prescription for patients, if they use as much as expensive medicine especially imported ones, they can receive as much as percentage. Moreover, doctors do not believe in Vietnamese medicine in other word they love using imported once, so patient must pay much for imported medicine while its quality is the same with Vietnamese’s products. Second factor is the medicine sellers. Although our government does control the price of medicine, they can’t do with all medicine stores. It depends on conscience of seller. For example, in the list of medicine price sellers gave to the government "A" is sold 12000VND while the real price is 25000VND. One more time, the price of medicine is being increased.
Last but not least important factor is the limitation of produce medicine. In our country, a lot of necessary medicines were produced by little number of companies. It is very rarely, absolutely it is expensive. One more reason, companies which produced "A" medicine is located in the north while places need that medicine is in the south of country. To bring it to the south, people must use truck, plane, etc, so they must pay for transportation. As a result the cost of medicine is higher because of including transportation fees. Hopefully, our country will have more companies produced necessary medicine in many places so that more people can get over an illness and the cost of medicine can be decreased.
To sum up, price of medicine increases rapidly is caused by many factors such as the increasing of foreign currency, the conscience of responsible person, etc. In fact, a person who must bear with this problem is farmer, worker, and many poor people. Therefore, the first solution for the poor people is training their health as well as possible; waiting the help of our government works too.

should homosexual couple be considered in our society?

One of the most astir problems now is homosexual couple, people fall in love with people who have the same sex with them. It is very sensitive in Vietnamese culture. Lots of people do not agree with the existence of homosexual and with their love because normal people though that this relationship is a whimsical, and a blackguardly relationship. In contrast, I totally accept their relationship because of many reasons.
Firstly, loved and being loved is the right of every people; we can not deny this right of homo. First, I want to emphasize that homo is a person like us is not a monster. They must eat and drink to support their life, they also go to work and they have their dreams, too. They give their hands to build our country; they do not kill any one for food or do unmoral things. Therefore, if we, a normal person, have any legal rights, they have too also the loved right. Moreover, they are unlucky persons. They have to live under the heavy pressure of being differed from others about the sex; many people estrange them do not talk to them, do not understand and share with them, so they are very lonely. Just few people can sympathy and do not estrange them; most of people can do these are people who have the same problem. So why must normal people deter them from staying close together to burn big iceberg in their hearts? If a normal people can not love them, please do not inhibit others love them.
Secondly, considering the homosexual love is a good renovation in Vietnamese minds. Long years ago, people believed that family is the combination of two people, a male and female lived together in a house, after some years they had their babies. However, nowadays people stared to accept the definition of family that have two different sex people live happily together without any children. So why don’t we consider the love and the family of homosexual whose family is happy too. It is a challenge for us. If we can accept it and delete our old and bad though in mind about it, which is very difficult and sensitive in many realms, we can have open minded thinking in many fields to reach the development goal. Therefore, we shouldn’t look at it as a mortification of our country; look at it as a certain thing happened in society, and a chance to have a flexible though to adapt wide world.
Although it is a chance for us to reach to new step, it is hard to overcome because many people seriously care about the having children problem. The homosexual can’t have any babies so how can they are happy? It just true with people whose happiness’s definition is to have baby. But nowadays, many people accept living together without child because they think that having baby is not enough time to enjoy life as a result they don’t have baby; the homosexual family don’t have children too.And if they want to have babies, they can go to the orphan’s home to have a baby to live together. You can argue that this baby does not have the same blood, so one will not respect them and will go far away when he grows up. This situation happened not only foster-child but also their own child; therefore, don’t think a lots about it. If you do behave well with this foster-child, he will does behave well, too.
Although homosexual couple now does not accept by Vietnamese people, I believe that they will be accepted in a short time future. They have legal rights to enjoy the love around them. Hopefully, all people in our country will live together in a friendly way.

Organizing a celebration in your hometown(tây ninh)

Every year, from mid-last of September to fourth of October, the Khmer hold “Đôn Ta” celebration. It is a celebration for the Khmer’s dead relatives. In fact that the Khmer do not have the celebration for each dead person individual day, so “Đôn Ta” is the celebration for all the dead person in the ethnic. It is considered that in these day, their dead relatives will come back home to enjoy “Đôn Ta” with them. In these days of this celebration, we can see clearly three steps to have a successful celebration.
The first step is also the most important step- preparing. About three or four days, people clean up the house ,for they want the come back people satisfy and feel glad with their living. Then they buy a lot of candies, jam, rice wine, incense, and some food that is popular in traditional food because they wish their dead relatives can have a big delicious meal after a long hungry time at another world. Beside that, they kill animals such as chickens, buffaloes, ox to offer their dead relatives, and feast participants. Further more, they make or buy new costumes, sarong and colorful blankets for the dead relatives bring to other life. These works take a lot of time because people prepare these very carefully. Although they are very tired, the atmosphere is very lively.
After preparing step, people celebrate “Đôn Ta”. First, every family brings the tray plenty with food and wine, etc to the table which located in the center of the house. Next, they invite the oldest person or “Lục Cà Cha” who has significant, to come and pray to call their relatives come back, enjoy the party. The oldest person moves around the house, takes a bunch of leaf, and reads the essay. When the ceremonial is finished, the host and the participants start the party, turn by turn they visit all families. When the last family is visited, it is late afternoon. After that, the young girl and boy walk to the front yard of the pagoda to dance “roam-vông” until mid night. The adult will bring food to pagoda and share food with bronzes. It is the day which the Khmer show their respect to their dead relatives and pray for the next harvest.
To finish the celebration, Khmer use the next day to sendoff their relatives. In this day, every family cut banana tree to take a part of it to make ship for bringing food. Some food which is arranged featly is put onto the banana tree. That tree is pushed floating among the river next to the pagoda. When the tree goes far away, it means that the dead have already gone. The Khmer come home and back to the daily life.
“Đôn Ta” is not only the celebration for showing the worship to the dead person but also the feature celebration of the Khmer in Tay Ninh. It helps many people belong to various ethnic closer too, for they join this celebration. I hope this celebration will be continuous long time.

Classify the friends I have

John Hay once said: “friends are the sunshine of life”. Of course, during the span of life, everyone has been being acquainted with many people who called friends, but these friends are not the same significant in your life, are they? The answer depends on everyone’s opinion in the friendship; my answer is these friends are not the same. From my primary ages to my university ages, I have made friend with many people whom I think could be put into three groups of friend based on the meaningful of these friends in my life and the length of time we met each other.
The most meaningful friend is called close friend. Buddy is person who have the same characteristic, fancy, and almost the viewpoint in many fields of life, so this friendship can remain for a long time. Thank to many similarities, we can understand each other deeply, help to solve friend’s problems easily and help each other more perfectly. For example, when I had problems with my emotion relationships, N ,one of my best friends, is willing to listen up to me, help me find out the important points and the ways to dealt with these, or just give me the shoulder to cry on. Another example, when I was being ill my friend help me take note the important information which gave by teachers, and they took care of me during the time I was in the hospital far away from home. Although finding a close friend is very difficult, it is worth to do.
The next style of friend is classmate. Classmate, who joined the same class, learned the same subjects from the same teachers with us, is many styles of human beings. While someone just has some close friends, he or she can have a lot of classmates, so this kind of friend is considered the neutral relationship. Although this style of friend is called normal, these friends could help a lot. When we study in class, classmates can help us fill the lack knowledge hole in mind, work as a team to finish homework; as these friends came from many different provinces on three regions of our country, each other can exchange their culture, traditional together to enrich themselves. Moreover, working with classmates is the best environment to study how to cooperate to get goal with people who do not have exactly the same ideas with us.
The last but not least significant style of friend is friend in society. We called these people are friends because they are friends of our friends and some case we just met them once or twice. In fact that, we do not invest much time for theses friends, and do not know about much them, we still keep in touch with them because we want to have expanding our relationship, and get our life more lively. Furthermore, some people said that friend in society can bring to us many chances to work in future so far. No doubt that more friend is more fun even thought those friend whom we have just met some times.
In summary, from the past to now, all kind of friend is very necessary in our life because friends is a gift which came from the heaven. Friends helped us get a more meaningful in life. If someone has not found a friend yet, he or she should find out some for themselves; if who already have, try to keep and protect it as long as you can.

What make a good global citizen?

“A global citizen” is new phrase in society in Viet Nam. Who is called a global citizen? That is the person have some nationality, they travel a lot for their work, also use their knowledge, their money, their ability to help people who are unlucky, who are poor in life. Thank to their help, the society problems would be dealt quickly and effectively, the government reduces the burden on their shoulder a little. They have an important role in life. What need to supply to become a good global citizen? They are wide knowledge; sympathy, respect, responsibility, awareness, equality; and warm heart.
Initial condition to become a global citizen is you must be broad human being. It means that you have to travel a lot to know more people and more knowledge. Thus, when you visited the sound of Vietnam you can recognize the people’s customs and many typical activities there. For example, you can see that people in the sound are very friendly, they willing to share everything to you whenever you want; they would like to sing “vọng cổ” when they drunk with friends after finished their work in the afternoon. When you visit some countries over the sea, you can observe many things such as when you come to Brazil you can enjoy Canival and see many wonderful color costumes, or when you come to England you will see the thick yellow cloud of smoke industries, etc. The more you see, the more knowledgeable you are. In addition, you have to study a lot. It means that you must study every where, any time such as when you read a book you have to take note the valuable information not just for fun or kill the time; when you go abroad and see many things in these places, you should experience many things, and remember its culture after that you make it become your private knowledge. Travelling and studying will help you become a broad human being that help you a lot to become a good global citizen.
Next, sympathy, respect, responsibility, awareness, equality are 5 compulsory requirements to become a citizen. First, you have to sympathize and respect with every people. It is not easy to do because every people have some prejudice with some people and some work they do. For example, a drug addict come home after being reformatory, and he want to rejoin normal live. However, he can not because of prejudice of people around him. Is that terrible with him? Why do not we try to understand his story, his reasons and help him comes back to his live. To delete our prejudice you and I must understand people, help and forgive them. That is sympathy can bring to us, and when you sympathize you will respect people around you. Being sympathy and respect make people close together. Second is awareness and equality. They are really necessary qualities. Thus, while you know the thinking of people, how they feel, what their pains are and your pains are, you will know how to do to help people who are poor money and spirit without any exclusive right. At that time, you bring to them hope in future life also belief in heart of humanness. Being responsibility is the last requirement, it is not the least important one. Of course, make sure that you know exactly what you need do to help others, how to do it, and repair it carefully. I sure that if you are enough responsible in what you do, its result will come in perfect. The effects of the compulsory qualities are what a global citizen should bring to difficulty people.
A broad human being with 5 qualities is not good enough to make you become a good citizen. The most important is your “warm heart”. It means that you must bring your knowledge and qualities out, and use your energy, motive power to help people who you do not know any thing about them. In fact that, many people just use their abilities to earn much money, reaching for their higher position, deny caring about the soreness problems in society. These people can be called global citizen, they are just the rich. Otherwise, we can see other people who have the same abilities use all their love to help the unlucky, poor people to make our better day by day; they are good global citizen. Thus, when people have enough passion, and truly love they can overcome easily the troubles which they have to face with while they do the global citizen’s job to make it more meaningful.
In our country, I and you might have many differences on the way to become a good global citizen such as the geography conditions, economic conditions, or health conditions, etc. If you are in the same condition like this, you should not worry about the way to be a global citizen because you could update the newest information around the world to enrich yourself, and help your neighborhoods. Although you can not go many places as the others, you can be a global citizen with all your responsibility, respect, equality, awareness, sympathy and your warm heart. Let’s be a global citizen in our country.
